I directed a cross-functional team of 175 focused on improving user experience and risk mitigation. I partnered with marketing and technology divisions to evaluate and improve technology solutions, brand awareness, vendor contract compliance, and reporting processes. Highlights:
- Drove $1MM in incremental revenue from inactive, retention, attrition by identifying and implementing the need for an online conversion platform.
- Completed a stretch assignment to help the company prepare for the California Consumer Privacy Act, uncovering available consumer data and building a mechanism to pass back data to a consumer upon request, mitigating $2.8MM in potential fines.
