I was deeply involved in the talent acquisition process, collaborating with department leaders to identify and attract top-tier candidates who could drive the organization forward. What made this experience especially rewarding was the opportunity to leverage AI-driven technology, which allowed us to promote internal mobility and create tailored career development paths for employees. By using advanced tools, I was able to help employees explore growth opportunities within the organization, empowering them to take charge of their professional journeys. I’m proud of the work I did in reshaping how employees access growth opportunities. By integrating AI into our hiring and career development processes, I contributed to a more dynamic, forward-thinking environment where internal mobility was encouraged and supported.
