Directs and manages curriculum, technically scopes, designs, integrates, modifies, and delivers all field and corporate learning programs. Directs and supports detailed curriculum development from original and conceptual instructional design to final and defined program or module, ensuring necessity, accuracy, and completeness. Contractually determines the most cost-effective, efficient, and priority solutions for learning for the business, and manages the annual learning and development program budget within financial allocations. Assesses, designs, aligns, and integrates learning pathways and career path programs with roles and responsibilities of existing and new positions. These paths are designed to build workforce talent, enable cross-training, and workforce skill growth in readiness for changes or promotions.
