My name is Rava Thania, and I come from an educational background in English Language and Literature. I have always had an outgoing personality that allows me to connect easily with people and adapt to different environments. I began my career in the creative industry, spending two years as an Event Organizer, Content Writer, and Public Relations professional for a fashion and lifestyle agency. Seeking to broaden my horizon, I transitioned into the mining industry and have been working as an HSE Officer for the past three years, particularly in construction projects. In my current role, I focus on conducting monthly inspections, developing safety programs, and analyzing field data to ensure a safe working environment. My goal is always to lower incident rates and establish a culture of safety where saving lives becomes the true measure of project success. Beyond work, I have a deep interest in writing, social events, storytelling, photography, water activities, and traveling. I believe that maintaining a healthy work-life balance through flexible working hours helps me stay creative, energized, and capable of delivering high-quality results.
