Utilized Agile and Waterfall development protocols to develop innovative modules to solve issues facing the Navy / Marine Corps dental corps officers. • Prototyped a mobile electronic dental record onboard our Navy ships with dental departments. The main goal was to develop interoperability and the ability to synch the central dental database with the mobile dental system over secure transfer protocols. • Redesigned the electronic dental record (EDR) Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Planning (SOAP) note to a more user-friendly and recognizable to the clinician as opposed to the output that was currently in use. • Supported the customer help desk by referring customer and stakeholder requests to the appropriate level of help desk assistance and forwarding data analysis requests to the database manager for SQL queries.
