The main goal was to develop interoperability and the ability to synch the central dental database with the mobile dental system over secure transfer protocols. • Redesigned the electronic dental record (EDR) Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Planning (SOAP) note to a more user-friendly and recognizable to the clinician as opposed to the output that was currently in use. • Supported the customer help desk by referring customer and stakeholder requests to the appropriate level of help desk assistance and forwarding data analysis requests to the database manager for SQL queries.
