Mar. 2019 - May. 2021After one year on board MY Dilbar I progressed from Stewardess to Lead Service Stewardess. Operating under the Head of Service, my duties as a Lead Service Stewardess consisted of leading a service team of 6-7 stews, organising and devising daily duties, overseeing general service operations, assistance with rostering, updating service inventories, and undergoing silver service processes. The seasons on board were busy, with parties held weekly, and boss trips commonly exceeding 60-100+ days, with the boss living on board throughout the season. I was consistently expected to maintain the highest level of service (7 star) to exceed the expectations of our very high profile guests.
