• Managed a geographically diverse 24x7 team of Security Analysts to provide value-added analysis of threats, consulting, and maintain operational readiness as well as Incident Response supporting over 20 services for over 3,000 customers.
• Trained and supported sales personnel to sell our security services domestically and internationally including support of regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, etc).
• Represented all Global Operations (1000+ employee organization) in Tools development strategy, roadmap, and execution. • Point person for Security Audits and Policy development and a required sign-off
• Advised Product on development of Security Roadmap and new product development as SME on Security Services
• Collaborate with Vulnerability, Threat Management, Sales, Marketing, Security, and Network Engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Managed Incident Response for all Security Related incidents (internal and external) Key Accomplishments
• Convinced executive management of the need for and created the organization’s first 24x7 SOC from the ground up. The SOC was a key differentiator in the market for our security services.
• Supported a 30% increase in sales and a reduced churn due to operational issues to virtually zero.
• Provided a global Sales training program to support the new product line.
• Decreased false positive tickets by 40% reducing the need for human interaction and improving operational efficiency • Selected by Marketing to write a Blog on Security that was published on the company website and used as Sales Collateral.
• Reduced ticket resolution time from 2+ days to 1 hour despite reduction in headcount
