Sep. 2018Greater New York City Area•Monitor and regulate the technological systems and interoffice virtual infrastructure. •Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management (Windows Server 2003-16, VMware 4-7, Citrix XenServer and Linux (Fedora,CentOS, RedHat,Oracle Linux,Ubuntu and FreeBSD) •Monitor and respond to help desk tickets via email and telephone on software and hardware issues of VMware, Storage management, Linux, Windows and Mac platforms •Provide logical support to the IT Director •Monitor and manage Backups (Rubriks, Veeam, Nagios Solarwinds and SpiceWorks) •Schedule and facilitate monthly Disaster and Recovery Plan testing for the data coordinating center •Setup, maintain, and trouble shoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, Firewalls, NAS and MS Office Applications
