Advised on club technology, IT and AV needs as well as all event requirements, from contract to conclusion. Hire, train, and schedule all event staff. Responsible for equipment, rentals, inventory, and asset management. For hospitality, I managed room and buffet design, menu prep, and tastings. Key Accomplishments: Produced a significant increase in event management revenue, from $425K to over $1.2M annually. Introduced improvements to inventory and asset management tracking strategies, by establishing comprehensive SOPs for over $250K in capital assets, driving efficiency, safety, and accountability. Encouraged professional development efforts for staff, driving supervisory positions across maintenance and house events. Built strong vendor, client, team, and stakeholder relationships, gaining loyalty, and return business. Achieved repeat client event business and referrals that exceeded 130 events annually. Key clients included: Sketcher’s, Manhattan Beach Wine Auction, Global Mobility, Your Grateful Nation, Connect Her Conference, BCG, Hammitt, and One Stop, to name a few.
