Sep. 2022 - Apr. 2023Plan, design, and implement the billing and invoicing system for the Prevention Section. Coordinate with cross-agency teams to build and maintain the billing and invoicing system to include consulting with Accounting, the Bi Team, and others within the Agency as necessary. Coordinate and facilitate the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly A-19 Team meetings to ensure the system is meeting Agency and external expectations and requirements. Plan, design, implement, and maintain training curriculum as well as any other associated guidance documents Provide technical assistance to prevention employees and providers and consult with the Workforce Development Lead and broader A-19 Team. Ensure continuous improvement for the billing process through research and data analysis. Serve as a subject matter expert on the entry of prevention programs and strategies into the management information system used by providers. Create and implement a technical assistance and training plan in response to common requests and needs in coordination with the Workforce Development Lead. Develop, revise, and update training curriculum and guidance documents to be reviewed by Lead or Supervisory staff. Ensure a coordinated schedule of trainings are offered internally and externally online, in-person, and via eLearning. Contribute to the creation of the workforce development plan and strategy to include proposals as well as the creation and maintenance of training curriculum and guidance documents for internal team members and external providers.
