Plan marketing strategies including but not limited to events, products and alliances . Analyze the actions and efforts of the Mayakoba Resort Marketing department. Plan, elaborate and manage the departmental budget under standards of efficiency and resource optimization. Management of communication through print/digital/social media. Goals:
-Prepare marketing strategies together with the destination Directors and hotel GMs
-Manage the creation of Mayakoba´s image, destination events, promotional and digital communication
-Planning of concrete PR objectives
-Supervise the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements and other marketing and PR materials
-Maintain relations with all media to ensure communication and the most effective positioning Mayakoban amongst top-tier luxury destinations
-Lead all areas of content generation and production across all communication platforms with emphasis on website, blog, app, magazine and social media
