I bring over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record across multiple leadership roles. My career spans strategic and operational domains, including: - Built an innovation capability for the Group. - Led the implementation of SAFe agile practices across nine businesses in Africa with a published case study. - Headed an execution and operations capability and executed operational decentralisation across regional entities. - Served as interim Managing Director, where I successfully re-engineered a business to profitability within 15 months. - Managing key strategic initiatives such as business exits, product and system rationalisation. - Serving as a business manager and responsible for strategic reporting and driving strategic initiatives for the executives I hold an MBA and a Master’s degree in Digital Business. I excel at solving complex problems, re-engineering processes, and building scalable, sustainable capabilities. I’m a fast learner, deeply committed, and take pride in completing the work I take on.
