• Work directly with business support and financial teams to map out budgets for existing and upcoming projects related to technology and resource spend
• Enable continuous improvement in overall project execution by driving critical timelines and resource allocation throughout
• Engage executive level leadership early to help build out initiative strategy and prioritization • Provide key market analysis and trends to support successful completion of technology and business driven initiatives • Work with client to write, revise and finalize SOWs for project based technology consulting
• Provide multiple options for services capabilities to promote the most efficient and effective way to obtain business goals
• Accountable for meeting weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals pertaining to activity, revenue, profit, and customer/market share
• Market and deploy IT resources for analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and change management of various network, security and infrastructure projects
• Manage Technical Professionals, contract employees, which includes hiring and termination decisions, rate negotiations of hourly wages and salaries, employee relations, client initiatives and feedback as well as other HR-related duties
• Consult with hiring managers to strengthen and improve the professional relationship and to discuss talent acquisition forecasting, candidate sourcing, scheduling of interviews, and compensation recommendations
