Created, developed, and adjusted budget, revenue, expenses, and fund balances for all institutional needs, analyzed data and provided information and reports to the College President, Kern Community College District, and Budget Managers on federal and state grants. Developed the institutional budget across numerous restrictive grants and the state's general allocation. Provided financial reports and analysis associated with the Annual Budgeting Process and College Financial matters. Performed a variety of complex financial transactions and prepared reports as directed. Developer, administrator, and compiler of the annual institutional budget, and Accounting Manager for all fund accounting within the institution. Acting Co-Interim Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services. Supervised budget and accounting documents from the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Finance pertaining to the operational endeavors of the institution. Took on the financial responsibilities in the absence of the Vice President of Finance, Emeritus, participated as a CBO on behalf of the college, and personally assisted the president of the institution on all matters fiscal. Established partnerships with other collegiate Vice Presidents of Finance within the KCCD District, as well as the CFO of KCCD.
