Mar. 2025Having worked in nearly every area of Follow Alice over the years, I have developed a strong understanding of the business and its customer experience. This experience has given me the unique advantage of being able to identify key gaps in the customer journey. In my new role, I am leading the Follow Alice CX Project, where I focus on defining the customer journey, identifying touchpoint gaps, and building pilot touchpoints. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Support, and Tech, to ensure we deliver an exceptional and seamless experience for our customers.
