Attend industry events and network externally to build knowledge and increase brand awareness in the marketplace. Build and maintain supplier relationships, assisting in creating a new-tiered PSL with preferred rates and analyse all recruitment activity to ensure ongoing improvement through the production of regular reports and updates. Candidate Management, create and deliver a consistently positive candidate experience. Upskill, mentor and train hiring managers on standard methodology in interview skills, processes, systems and current legislation of the recruitment process Provide updates to key business area partners, and leadership teams in relation to campaigns, projects and processes.
