• Drive brand strategy at retail, working cross-functionally with apparel partners to display Home product on non-Home floors and expanding distribution.
o Fall 20 Home Fragrance re-launch, opened 135 new doors of distribution by working with Travel Retail and POLO teams
• Ensure KPI’s are delivered for all channel needs, with a focus on margin and MOQ
• Directs creative merchandise vision through customer-led market approach to meet financial targets
