Whilst submission is done arrange with Drilling contractors to perform the necessary drilling designs in line with the TSSR. Followed by the booking out of materials to all the different contractors for the Various submissions that is collectable upon approval from the Authorities. Assignment of the Site Managers to the various projects and ensuring that they follow the schedule and attend the Kick Of Meetings. Upon completion of the KO they can provide the Contractors with the Inside Plant Material and drilling material to eliminate the difficult work first. This then initiates the start of daily tracking and monitoring of projects over the various platforms and the close monitoring of specification and build by performing inspections and pictures to ensure that these specifications are met and build inline with the budget. Also that any deviations are documented to attain budget from the client if its out of scope items that is required.
