• Collaborating with Senior Leadership on company strategy and road mapping, including VP of Strategy, VP of Market Sales, VP of Delivery and VP of Enterprise Sales
• Partnered with key stakeholders on developing a new Sales Methodology and SOPs while undergoing a company merger • Mentoring field colleagues to boost wellness, motivation, and productivity and increase employee retention
• Providing project management strategies and support through company initiatives and trainings
• Participating in UAT testing for Salesforce enhancements • Tracking Learning and Development team data using Smartsheets to provide training outcomes and ROI to senior leadership, to determine training success involving colleague development, increased tenure, and decreased ramp up time.
