• Active Diversification of Clinic Faculty: a mutually supportive, cohesive, community-minded team reflective of the student body’s wide range of races, religions, ages, genders, and sexual orientations
• Substantive Contributions to University Self-Studies: fulfilling standards set by accrediting bodies
• Strategy, Creation, Support, and Implementation of Short and Long Term Process Changes: working in collaboration with the Provost, the Natural Care Center VP, other MUIH department Clinic Directors, and AHM Leadership to address interdepartmental and external partnership concerns; including pursuit of external technology solutions, assessment of user interfaces, data mining capabilities, and compliance with HIPAA, CDC, NCCAOM, CCAHM, Middle States, and other accrediting and regulatory bodies
