Events include activities for communities, families, couples e.g. Weddings, hobbyists & enthusiasts of all ages. - Ensuring & optimising visitor footfall of 1,000,000 visitors per annum across 3 venues - Visitor Experience - understanding visitor needs and adapting solutions accordingly. - Communicating operational changes to visitors daily, using marketing tools & channels (see below) - Survey & Reporting (Grant Funding e.g. NPO & Arts Council) - Training & Access (systems & process) - Day to day operation with visitors and team members across the three Heritage / Tourism venues. - Collaborating on projects across: Museums, Collections & Curatorial, Parks, Environment & Sustainability, Volunteering, Community, Events, Weddings, Hire, Retail & Cafe. Marketing & Digital: - 5 x Websites (WordPress) - working with agency to develop, host & maintain the websites, implementing the BAU activities on the websites. - Social Media for the venues (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) - Ticketing (online & till, both in house & third party providers, DigiTickets, Gigantic & Merac) - Agency Management & Third Party collaborations - Campaign Marketing, Brand Marketing & Ad Management - Press Releases & Media (proactive & reactive management) - Print Signage & Distribution (onsite & city channels) - Design & Print (imagery & assets) - Collaborate campaigns with teams in the wider City Council, e.g. Events Team and external organisations e.g. Visit Nottinghamshire, Nottingham BID, It's In Nottingham, & Universities.
