This role included project management duties like identifying the requirements of the market, building a programme directed at our diverse target customers, building a programme aligned with the market needs, expectations and most importantly on building cultural competencies to handle global organisational cultures. My most prominent achievment was to learn how to build a strategy that involved constantly change based on the volatily, uncertainity, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) of having a diverse and large group of individuals. Individuals trying to learn the same skills in a synchronous learning environment proved to be my biggest challenge once that taught me change management and customer relation management. I took the initiative and aim to pre-empt any problems that may arise. I can successfully say that in my 1.6 months in this role we have successfully introduced almost 200 business professionals into the market.
