Staying organized was essential, so I kept track of schedules, medications, and important documents to ensure everything ran smoothly. Ensuring their safety was always a priority. I worked to create a safe environment, stayed alert for any changes in their condition, and was prepared for emergencies. At the heart of it all, my role was about being dependable, compassionate, and focused on improving their quality of life in every way I could.
