Consisted of 20-40 interactive e-learning modules per track (4). • Provided clinical expertise and technical insight as a leader in the field over various projects, events, and builds which led to improved engagement across sales, internal and external audiences. • Helped the EP Institute team build and implement a global website and app that was launched and operational within 1 year of project start. This project failed twice before our team took it on. • Worked collectively with Global Professional Education, Global Marketing (upstream/downstream), Clinical Marketing, Sales, and cross-sectional specialties within cardiac care, to execute and engage the website, app, and curricula. • Drove engagement with 100+ clinicals enrolled each year through professional conferences, webinars and beyond, to ensure the success of the external training curricula. EP curricula ranged from apprentice level for the inexperienced to elite for Fellows/Physicians.
