My position involves the multiple-role of a Sales Matrix manager, constructing the Business plan in my areas and forming the yearly priorities in Living room – Workspaces – Lighting, Home Organization & Secondary Storage. My position also involves coaching the shopkeepers’ team in the stores towards the successful implementation of the Sales Planning. Key responsibilities • Form the yearly Business Plan and the Pricing strategy per range area • Range Dimensioning, Forecasting and Pricing • Budgeting, Competition & Market Analysis.
• Sales Steering towards the achievement of the organization's goals. • Commercial guidance and consulting on merchandising of the products.
• Communicate with the central management of IKEA and provide constructive feedback on competition, customer and product level
• Work closely with Marketing department on Brand awareness and loyalty promotions
• Coach, mentor, motivate and train the Stores’ management team Key achievements • Strengthen the relations among the Stores’ Area managers and gained their trust
• Improve the communication between the stores and the central office
• Plan and manage the change in large range of products in the living room furniture
• Work closely with Logistics and improve the organization’s KPIs and availability through training and coaching.
