Professional Overview I’m Hege Margrethe Steiro – coach, hypnotherapist, leadership consultant, and former school leader with a big heart for people and purpose. After 20 years in education, I now help individuals and teams find their true drive and navigate change with clarity and courage. I run HMS Coaching and co-create projects with Wake Me Up, where we bring motivation, self-leadership, and mental wellbeing to schools, companies, and young adults. I also serve as co-instructor and professional mentor for the coaching education at Optivis Life & Business Academy – contributing to a new generation of responsible and conscious coaches. My work is grounded in a strong belief: that real change starts on the inside – and that we all carry more wisdom than we think. I develop digital tools, e-books and guided resources to help people reconnect with themselves and take ownership of their story – one step at a time. A podcast is in the making, exploring what it means to live with awareness, integrity and 100 % responsibility.
