Aug. 2022 - May. 2025Massachusetts, United StatesLed the rebrand from Wellforce (holding company) to Tufts Medicine, managing a multifaceted touchpoint rollout including marketing campaigns, internal communications, social and video content, promotional materials, uniforms, websites, signage, vehicle branding, and patient-facing assets. Created a comprehensive brand guidelines beyond the design firm's basic document. Integrated a creative team of brand designers, a project manager, and a videographer from four hospitals into a single, unified group as part of Marketing & Communications supporting the health system’s strategic goals. Produced creative assets for major campaigns, including the Tufts brand consumer launch, Nurses Week, and Physicians Week. The new brand ranked second in market awareness across all major funnel measures, and the launch earned a NESHCo Gold Lamplighter Award. Launched and branded key HR communications, including Mission, Vision, Values, EVP, goal-setting frameworks, DEI initiatives, and employee recognition programs. Directed a full redesign of the careers site and developed supporting recruitment materials for social media and print; art directed an employee photoshoot to support recruitment strategies and clinical staffing to address our most pressing business challenge. Developed a comprehensive visual strategy for social and video content while collaborating with content, marketing and social teams. Oversaw more than 650 creative requests each year by streamlining workflows, standardizing templates, and maximizing use of Workzone project management software.

Aug. 2016 - Dec. 2020Greater Boston AreaAs lead creative for the Liberty Mutual Foundation, talent recruitment, event, and other internal brand campaigns, I conceived and designed communications across all disciplines including print, digital, video, experiential, and social. Strategized and designed the Foundation’s print and web versions of the annual Giving Report to help tell Liberty’s philanthropic story and mission. Art directed photoshoots at nonprofit partners throughout the country, negotiated shoot budgets, and identified photographers. Art directed the 10th Anniversary Give with Liberty employee giving campaign which resulted in 72% of employee participation, an increase of first-time givers, and a 135% increase in internal social posts. Designed a vibrant visual language for the Life Happiness Liberty interim talent campaign that stood out in the undergraduate recruitment and insurance space. 85% of recruiters said the campaign made them feel proud to represent Liberty — which exceeded stakeholder KPIs. Implemented the new visual brand identity system and extended brand standards for global Liberty brands. Developed an internal email strategy that helped decrease daily customization and increase template and communication standards by over 50%.

I helped reintroduce the global AIG brand to the American people with the repayment message in a TV, print and digital media campaign blitz that lead to a positive shift for the brand. Created for all media including print, tv, digital, video, social and interactive PDF. Responsible for an average of over 200 assignments per year for the client. Rebranding of Tufts Medical Center and Floating Hospital for Children. Designed the Tufts Medical Center logo system and all brand communications. I created enough brand standards and flexibility to help the internal department grow the look and feel over the years without changing it. Rebranding of MEFA (Massachusetts Education Financing Authority). Rebranding the MEFA logo, as well as its products—UFund, UPlan, MEFA Counselor and MEFA Loans. Counseled the client on how to use freelance designers but maintain control of the brand look and feel.
