Aug. 2022 - May. 2025Massachusetts, United StatesLed the rebrand from Wellforce (holding company) to Tufts Medicine, managing a multifaceted touchpoint rollout including marketing campaigns, internal communications, social and video content, promotional materials, uniforms, websites, signage, vehicle branding, and patient-facing assets. Created a comprehensive brand guidelines beyond the design firm's basic document. Integrated a creative team of brand designers, a project manager, and a videographer from four hospitals into a single, unified group as part of Marketing & Communications supporting the health system’s strategic goals. Produced creative assets for major campaigns, including the Tufts brand consumer launch, Nurses Week, and Physicians Week. The new brand ranked second in market awareness across all major funnel measures, and the launch earned a NESHCo Gold Lamplighter Award. Launched and branded key HR communications, including Mission, Vision, Values, EVP, goal-setting frameworks, DEI initiatives, and employee recognition programs. Directed a full redesign of the careers site and developed supporting recruitment materials for social media and print; art directed an employee photoshoot to support recruitment strategies and clinical staffing to address our most pressing business challenge. Developed a comprehensive visual strategy for social and video content while collaborating with content, marketing and social teams. Oversaw more than 650 creative requests each year by streamlining workflows, standardizing templates, and maximizing use of Workzone project management software.
