• Assisted mission partners with application connectivity requests, including certificate renewals, DNS record updates, IP address reservations, firewall policy changes, and related.
• Supported the design of routing, switching, VPNs, SDN, and convergent networks.
• Utilized networking protocols: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, DLSW, and MPLS.
• Coordinated and integrated new systems created for DoD use within the DISA Data Center.
• Provided support in resolving network communication issues as development and integration of these systems transitioned from standup to initial operating capacity to full operating capacity.
• Utilized network analyzers and troubleshot/isolated network connectivity issues.
• Supported implementation of configuration management process and supported the tracking and reporting of those changes.
