Creating a community feel while being remote and then back in the studios, being both proactive and reactive to many different changes throughout the pandemic for example postponing holiday parties, taking events online, digital fikas etc Also as part of my role is the HR side working with our culture, benefits, relationships, events, holidays, rolling forecasts and much more.
