United NationsEditorial Manager, UN Publications, Department of Global Communications
Nov. 2018 - Sep. 2025New York, New York, United StatesAs Editorial Manager at the United Nations headquarters in New York, I led the editorial production and global distribution of a wide range of publications and statistical products from across the UN system (eg: the UN Secretariat, UNICEF, ICJ, FAO, UNEP, UNDP, etc) that communicated the UN’s knowledge, data, mission and priorities to worldwide audiences. I oversaw and supported a diverse multicultural team that managed multilingual content, thousands of print and digital publications each year, a wide range of statistical products, and a growing number of UN-branded merchandise across platforms including Shop.un.org, the UN iLibrary, and Comtrade -- the world's most comprehensive international trade database -- ensuring consistency, accessibility, and global reach. I strengthened the UN’s publishing program and workflows through modernization, digital innovation, and strategic partnerships — increasing revenue, expanding digital access, and reinforcing the UN’s voice on peace, human rights, and development.
