Dec. 2023 - Apr. 2024Elevated to temporarily lead expanded global system integrator portfolio within Partner Success Organization after departure of prior leaders. Key additional accountabilities included driving a reset of the overall team strategy, priorities and leadership to drive deeper integration of GSI CSA team into Microsoft's global customer success organization while continuing to drive and land consumption targets back to the organization. This role required leading a team that saw significant leadership changes early in the financial year and required a lot of managerial coaching of the team.
This has been a fantastic opportunity to leverage my historical organizational leadership experience (see Planwell Technolgy role below) within the Microsoft organization to lead a much larger team.
