This included weddings, seminars, press junkets, and high-profile award ceremonies such as the AFI Awards, further enriching my operational and event management capabilities.

My primary responsibilities involved developing customized proposals for diverse room categories aimed at appealing to potential group clients, alongside the establishment of a robust database of the hotel's contact network. I subsequently engaged in the execution of several on-site events, which provided me with hands-on experience in event logistics and enhanced my skills in guest engagement. This role also served as a valuable opportunity to refine my cross-cultural management abilities, allowing me to gain insights into the multifaceted ethnic landscape of the region, including the Arabic Bahraini community, Ajam Persian citizens, Balochis, Indians, and various tribal groups. Additionally, my exposure to the rich cultural heritage of the area was enriched by an appreciation for its renowned poets and traditional music, particularly the vibrant and rhythmic elements of local drumming that resonate with the region's artistic heritage.
