Perform analysis of upcoming software deliveries, determine training, documentation and technical support impacts, and develop training strategy (including deliverables, resources and timeline) Provide direction and content input on computer-based training and web-based training courses (including creative, instructional and technical direction) Mentor junior team members on graphic and interface design (Photoshop), web design (Dreamweaver), instructional design, multimedia development (Authorware, Flash), IEEE standards and team-established standards Provide guidance to Technical Support staff, escalating critical and immediate issues and serving as client liaison Manage training and technical documentation deliverables and resources to ensure achievement of milestone commitment, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
