Hi, I’m Delphine—a systems-minded enterprise UX designer who thrives on cutting through complexity and bringing clarity to large-scale, international projects. At Renault Digital, I served as the sole designer on key projects within a large-scale, enterprise-wide software program. I collaborated with cross-functional, international teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions. I’m known for spotting patterns in narrow, process-heavy environments and working directly with leadership to set clear expectations for design quality—even when it means having tough conversations. I believe the best design happens when you foster open, cross-cultural collaboration and set healthy boundaries to protect design excellence. I value environments where diverse perspectives are more than a checkbox, and where creativity and autonomy are encouraged at every level. Outside of work, you’ll find me building an online creative community (Zine Guild), exploring new tools and ideas, and working on projects that bring a little more delight and self-expression into the world.
