Attend weekly, monthly and quarterly networking events that include social interaction, group presentations and business to business sales. Develop, design and implement new marketing materials. Setup and represented the company at all tradeshow events. Meet with clients to prepare proposals and close contracts based on professional knowledge incorporated with the client's vision. Manage the operations of all events. This includes the initial inquiry, contract details, inventory, labor, setup & breakdown. Post event responsibilities include cost breakdowns and follow up with client, venue and the vendors. Organize fund raising events for the local community. Specific tasks include but not limited to: Create and distribute marketing materials. Recruit and coordinate volunteers, vendors and staff. Gather silent auction and raffle items. Arrange timeline, site plan and setup of all donated items. Maintain all social media including Facebook, Wedding Wire and LinkedIn. Through discovering new clientele, constant client interaction and supervision of each event, my immediate and continuous impact on the company has tripled the amount of events and sales per month.
