Developed a new administrative procedures for initial salary placement for managers. Updated current administrative procedures for hiring academic and classified managers. Approved requisitions and performs budget transfers. Supervised the compilation and analysis of HRIS data, prepares various reports. Investigated and assisted in resolution of complaints. Derved on negotiation team. Maintains and updates position management and job attributes tables and records in PeopleSoft. Supports the Vice Chancellor in matters related to employee/labor relations and collective bargaining, including negotiations, grievances and investigations. Prepares board agenda items for approval by the Vice Chancellor. Provides information and training in HR processes and procedures, and provides technical assistance and information to departments and other divisions within the District. Conducts research and analysis for the Vice Chancellor.
