Nov. 2012 - Jun. 2019Here I used to handle the day to day customers that would come in with issues on their equipment. I issued out job cards, taking in a full detailed report of the issue is. I would also issue out invoices, take payments. Being the administrator of a workshop, part of my duties would be to issue out reports as requested by the Service Manager, help with filing and sorting of paper work, made sure all supplies where available, ordered stock when necessary and made monthly stock takes.
