Directed the brand relaunch of The Russell Boutique Hotel, repositioning it to highlight its historic charm. Launched Bistro 1828, a new dining concept under the Fortune of War umbrella—overseeing brand creation, positioning and a fully integrated marketing rollout. Managed end-to-end development of new websites for both The Russell and Fortune of War, ensuring strong brand alignment, design consistency, and a seamless user experience. Delivered a multi-channel launch strategy covering social media, PR, soft openings, and community engagement to drive awareness and revenue. Worked closely with our PR agency to secure high-profile coverage across lifestyle and hospitality platforms. Developed a successful merchandise programme that turned branded items into a new revenue stream while deepening brand affinity. Created the Legends Programme, a membership initiative to celebrate loyal patrons and build community around the pub. Drove strong growth in brand awareness through coordinated social media campaigns and sustained local media presence. Collaborated with The Rocks precinct team to boost area visibility and visitor engagement. Built and maintained a detailed marketing calendar to support launches and ongoing operations. Conceived and launched The Lock-Up, a pop-up venue created during renovations, ensuring continued customer engagement and brand momentum. Oversaw content creation and photography to capture the revitalised interiors, new menus, and evolved brand identity.
