I was able to cross-train, quite a bit here, and dip my toes into many different roles. I am fascinated by operations, and my roles within this company allowed me to really understand operations and inventory management, which I find highly interesting! There is so much background stuff that goes into running a successful sales business, and I gained quite a bit of knowledge and understanding about those processes while working at Bartle & Gibson.
