Area, ColombiaResponsible for developing and managing company's Integrated Marketing and Communication Strategy( Online/Offline) Design both internal and external Marketing Communications programs to enhance corporate culture awareness as well as brand experience within the Company Curate and coordinate content across all marketing channels including brand website, marketing collateral, social media, PR and internal communications in alignment with the Brands’ voice, image(branding) and interests. Design a service program through design thinking to improved brand experience, in order to provide better service by identifying service constrains and opportunities. Line up with customer behaviour research and the organisation’s approach. In charge of executing all events from conceptualisation to implementation, developing a solid brand experience through marketing activities. (Events such as: Oil & Gas Fairs, Openings,Golf Tournaments, Wine tastings etc.) Generate Trend Analysis (Observation), SWOT Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Consumer Behaviour, Insight Analysis, Concept /Brand Development, Prototyping and Implementations, to build up robust creative strategies and solutions. Coordinate e-commerce website design and information elements to ensure content and functionality are updated and maintained. Support the marketing team in the design of cross-platform marketing materials, including print ads, event, corporate collateral, PowerPoint Presentations and Website Layouts etc. stating C&CO GROUP overall branding.
