Single handedly created the newly formed LLC from scratch. Step by Step set up of all Operational Procedures. Including: storefront location and leasing, contract negotiation with utilities, banks, credit card processors and suppliers. Negotiated contract with PMS company and setup all aspects of software including: complete rate structure, confirmation and cancellation policies, discounting guidelines, package creation, holiday and minimum night requirements and more.
Managed all daily operations of the business including all administration duties for the management of finances, yield and revenue, human resources, stock control, cash control, escrow accounts, promotions and marketing, and rate and GDS management.
