• Developed, programmed and maintained numerous websites for the companies that comprise PresGar Companies. Set up Web page entry to allow Content Management of these sites by others Developed these websites using Classic ASP, Javascript & PHP.
• Handled overflow Help Desk calls regarding all Desktop and Windows/Active Directory issues along with calls regarding other proprietary programs in use at PresGar. Maintained data entry of these calls into Track-It! Developed customized reports from the data input by the entire IT department for Track-it!
