Develop methods for measuring and assessing employee engagement. Review and provide recommendations for staff recognition and reward programs. Conduct exit interviews, assess and analyze data on a regular basis and provide information to HR leadership regarding Employee Engagement strategy. Responsible for engagement activities that may involve contests, employee awards, social events and other activities to promote the culture of the company. Responsible for anniversary program including inventory and distribution of employee awards. Assist companywide departments in the arrangement and coordination of on/off-site employee activities and events. Responsible for creation and annual update of job descriptions. Responsible for the collection, compilation and analysis of salary and fringe benefit Data (salary studies). Responsible for regular review of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity on-line dashboard for all companies, to answer claims for unemployment benefits. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for assigned positions. Assist new hires with documentation and onboarding. Assist with the development of organizational policies and procedures to ensure business practices comply with federal, state and local legal requirements and government reporting regulations. Provide input into overall hiring strategy if the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals. Address and resolve employee relations matters.
