Participated in Dynamic Front Field Operations with NATO Allied Forces Partners (Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine) to assist with the setup, documentation, issuing, and troubleshooting of federal communications systems and combat network support simultaneously to support help desk and combat system sustainment. -Installed, maintained, repaired, and troubleshot desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones (VOIP, Phones) with Windows 7 and 10 to continue working productively for over 300 personnel. Manage processing/out-processing government IT equipment by degaussing hard drives, filtering through the Life Cycle Replacement, backup, and disaster recovery for computers, iPhones, and other portable devices within the organization to ensure no loss of connectivity for over 500 users. Primarily managed all communication security user accounts associated with critical materials by monitoring technical pieces of equipment and routine requests within the company branch. Provided communication support to the forward support departments by maintaining, testing, and issuing communication equipment and radio systems to complete the organization’s objectives. Oversee radio communications representatives and team section for training and adequately maintaining equipment and standard operations.
