Change management - Developed change management initiatives to help my clients better understand how to maximize participation and return on investment. Conducted research and built out surveys to capture feedback, interpret data, and form recommendations. 4. Performance management - Been charged with developing practical, actionable performance metrics and measures of effectiveness to help top-level clients define what success looks like for their teams in the future state environment. 5. Training - Partnered with several teams to develop living training documents that explain process flows to everyday users after the engagement is over. To compliment the training documents, I've assisted in the development and execution of webinars for 30-65 participants in a dispersed environment.
