Aug. 2015 - Dec. 2017QatarReporting to the Human Resources Director, CEO, and Managing Director, provide senior-level cross-functional Human Resources support and leadership through strategic alignment of HR strategies with organizational objectives and the direction of a dynamic HR team focused on operational excellence. Oversee multiple capacities encompassing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, Immigration, and compensation and benefits. Key Accomplishments: • Manage full-cycle recruiting and on boarding processes ensuing timelines are met and the candidates are right fit. • Build and implement workforce and staffing plans based on business needs and forecasts. • Determine compensation, benefits, and job readiness for employees. • Evaluate performance and determine training needs of employees while identifying gaps in process. • Prepare various reports, charts, and data presentation materials based on data analysis. • Direct all aspects of employee relation including file maintenance, the movement of employees, time-off tracking, corrective action, payroll, addressing employee complaints, conducting investigations and making decisions and recommendation for corrective action. • Strategically plan HR initiatives surrounding staffing, health & safety, engagement, culture, succession, and communication. • Enforce compliance to employment law governed by the organization and the government. • Oversee compensation planning and benefit enrolment as well as the communication strategy to employees. • Directed the processes and procedures over the immigration statuses of employees and potential employees ensuring efficient process and adherence to governing standards.
