Defining and setting goals, objectives and focuses depending on what phase of testing we are, what activities were performed and what should be done to gain confidence in the final product. Manage team resources and scale the team on critical areas and basically scale the team on different areas to gain more consistent coverage and improve team performance. Working tightly with DEV side to provide a clear understanding of product under test and if needed attract more resources to fix all in time and be safe before the release date. Communicating with CRM`s to clarify and determine changes that need to be implemented and approved to avoid bad user experience and impact on revenues.
Cooperating with other QA teams to allocate more resources depending on schedule and workload. Working tightly with newcomers during the onboarding period to grant them all needed knowledge to start benefiting the company and perform all required tasks with firm quality. Helping with onboarding and training new team members.
- Analyzing documentation
- Processes implementation and improvement
- Prioritising, assigning and managing day-to-day tasks across the team
-Reviewing, creating test scenarios, and implementation of test suits in order to provide full coverage in any given release
- Providing deep analysis of the future campaigns and features.
- Providing configuration review on Production
- Creating and supporting acceptance criteria documents for each event
- Communicating with customers and product owners about products schedule and release details
- Responsible for the product releases
- Mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Сonducting technical interviews
- Conducting trainings for team members(such as preparing them for passing an ISTQB exam)
- Etc.
