Maintained IRIS database containing five phase corrective actions for all assembly plant returns, warranty returns, and focused factory problems. Analyzed defective controls to find the root cause of the failure, and developed action plans to eliminate those problems in future and current production parts. Assisted in educating the newer engineers in DE procedures. Participated in Business Process Engineering Custom Product Development pilot team.
