Oct. 2018 - Aug. 2020Under general supervision, performs secretarial and administrative functions for the Municipal Mayor. 1. Arrange, monitor and maintain the schedule/appointments and interviews of the Assistant Secretary
2. Screen telephone calls and facilitate action taken
3. Prepare/draft communications;
4. Provide administrative support to office;
5. Prepare and manages confidential files and office records;
6. Review and vet documents as to completeness, accuracy of staff work, and compliance to existing rules and regulations prior to endorsing the Municipal Mayor;
7. Coordinate and collaborate with offices within and/or outside the LGU to ensure efficient, effective, and timely delivery of services;
8. Attend/cater to the needs of the office guests/visitors/clients
9. Provide logistical support and meeting services
10. Prepare and facilitate the transportation of the Municipal Mayor
11. Maintain personal files, records, etc. of the Municipal Mayor
12. Act as secretariat during internal meetings
13. Coordinate with concerned officials and organizations regarding the Mayor’s instructions, i.e. follow-ups in the implementation of decisions or plans, instructions/agreements, travel logistics. etc.
14. Perform other tasks which may be assigned by the Municipal Mayor
