• Identified $1.2M in bi-annual revenue for 3M Food Safety by focusing on Extended Warranties for hardware and implemented a project to clean up various databases including various areas of the manufacturing and support processes: Manufacturing, shipping, sales, support, technical. • Prioritized sales pipeline gaps and through teamwork and application of new SOPs grew the pipeline from $450K to $3.6M in 9 months.
• Utilize sales and metrics data to improve financial reporting and create more accurate targets for the inside sales teams in alignment with business needs. • 90% of direct reports have been promoted into new positions within 3M to apply their knowledge and skills to 3M’s benefit.
